WHFY Call highlights include:
– How systemising and allocating jobs within the studio allowed one member to take a 2 week vacation overseas and come back to complete calm!
– The importance of taking care of yourself as the studio owner. Sometimes when a staff member, parent or student places pressure on us, it’s important to first take care of what YOU want out of the studio first.
– The practise of ‘seeding’ not only to customers but to staff. Subtly letting them know just what’s involved in running a studio and where you see them heading without making promises you may not be able to keep.
