Two big calls today! Great energy, engagement, and transparency.
Highlights from the #WHFY call include:
* The value of 1-on-1 check-in calls (and figuring out the best timing for them)
* The necessity of safe studios, including processes and provisions for protecting our teachers and our students
* Making decisions about taking the leap – especially financially – into a new, larger space
* Ways to be more patient and persistent with ourselves when it comes to getting things done (and making a commitment to what we each need to adjust individually)
* Tackling the hard things first
* Being okay with a to-do list that never gets entirely completed
