Highlights included:
* Ticking off those Diamond Plans – easy when they work in with what needs doing anyway!
* Clarification on what constitutes a ‘pass’ for Diamond Plans
* Fundraising – the importance of setting it up right and gaining guidance on the process
* Allowing admin to fully take control of emails and phone calls frees up so much time and ‘white space’ to think
* On ‘white space thinking,’ sometimes it’s best done whilst ironing (according to Deby Atkins!)
