• Hiring is in full swing with so many of our evolution members and we are learning from each other how to tweak the process for more success
• Allison is celebrating how following the process outlined in the vault has made hiring a new office person so much easier and she has excellent candidates to choose from after hundreds of responses.
• Jill is stepping out of her comfort zone to let some of her team take charge and they are so motivated!
• Delegating can become addicting!
• “Take aways” from Retreat and Masterclass last week in Atlanta
• We are looking for the “enchanting experience” as customers now in our day-to-day lives as a result of our work in Evolution.
