In today’s WHFY Call we covered:
* Ways to keep your older and/or advancing students at your studio
* Assessing and adjusting the changing needs/expectations of students and families as the students get older
* Creating a Progression Plan that has sparkle at every milestone along the way
* Doing things differently – shaking things up when it comes to recitals and performances
* Rewarding teachers – showing appreciation to our team, giving them the recognition they crave, and finding meaningful ways to reward them
